I am a 23 year old Production Lighting Freelancer, active in the industry since 2016. From single-crewed shows in black box theatres, to 70,000 cap. stadiums across Europe and the USA, my ability to adapt to my surroundings has been tried, tested, and proven.
My credits as Systems and Network Engineer include; Ricky Gervais: Armageddon (Wembley Arena, 2023); 50 Cent Final Lap Tour (Europe, 2023); Bruce Springsteen & E Street Band World Tour (Europe, USA, 2023); Fame Factory (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 2022); Lewis Capaldi (O2 Arena, 2022); Stereophonics’ ‘We’ll Keep A Welcome’ (Cardiff Principality Stadium, 2022); Fame Factory (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, 2022).
My EOS programming credits include; The Book of Kells Experience (Trinity College Dublin, 2023); Gunnebo Slott Winter Lights (Gothenburg, 2023); Alice In Wonderland Pantomime (The Stag Theatre Sevenoaks, 2022); The Pirates of Treasure Island Pantomime (The Stag Theatre Sevenoaks, 2021); and Plaques & Tangles (Jerwood Vanbrugh Theatre, RADA, 2021).
I graduated with a BA(Hons) from The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in July 2022 after specialising in Production Lighting. Additionally, I have completed the NCRQ Health and Safety for Managers qualification, I am first-aid trained, hold a valid IPAF ticket and have a full, clean, UK driving licence.
I am a confident ETC EOS, Robe RoboSpot, Pathscape, Araneo, Capture, Lightwright, Vectorworks and Adobe CC user, and can use both Mac OSX and Windows OS in professional environments, with some experience administrating Windows Server OS and Linux systems too.
I have a sound understanding of computer networks and the configuration of IPv4 networks for multi-department production environments, with knowledge of Cisco, NetgearAV, UniFi, Pathway and Luminex products and sACN, Art-Net, DHCP, RTSP, RSTP, LACP, VLANs, Unicast, Multicast and Broadcast traffic, and the technologies surrounding Routing and Switching. I am working towards completing Cisco's CCNA course.
I believe refining these skills will prove invaluable as we move to increasingly interconnected show-critical control systems.
